The frequent numbers of falls in persons aged years and older, especially injurious and fatal ones, have been increasing excessively in recent years. If anyone falls, their chances of falling again become double. Frequent falls cause serious injury and approx. 3 million people get treated in an emergency ward for fall injuries each year. 

Hospitalization of over 8 million patients have become normal these days since 2017 and that these anticipated mortality rates will be increased by 30 percent by 2030. When accessing the very old over 70+ years people. Falls among people with disabilities at younger and older ages are also significant issues. As per the research of experienced physicians and medical experts, these are the major noted conditions that increase the risk of chronic pain or comorbidities including arthritis, cancer, depression, heart problem, stroke, and hypertension, etc.

People with aging problems & intellectual disorders also face falls issues and its rates are also 3 times higher than other elders. Due to this, elders generally are at greater risk of fracture due to lower bone mineral density problems. People who have sustained a stroke problem also suffer from a greater fall risk, especially while walking and running. These situations almost get worse when patients need to take support and they cannot stand properly without any assistance. This mostly happens approx. 47 percent with patients when they suffer from stroke issues and do not get proper diagnosis due to a lack of proper knowledge of physical therapy.
