To protect the real estate industry, developers should be encouraged to build immediately for low-income people with financial programs promoted by the government

How far will the escalation of real estate rentals go? How far will the prices of houses rise? When and who can solve this vortex of real estate industry?

These are the questions that we hear on a daily basis in the streets, in the offices, in the supermarkets, in the work centres and in every place that we make an appearance in this great Miami. The answer is very complex, since it not only implies the price increase of a product of primary need, but also, how it affects the quality of life of citizens throughout the county.

The middle class suffers, mainly the low average, which, although with better salaries and more stable jobs, must readjust its budgets as a weapon to face the phenomenon. In addition, when raising the prices of the properties for sale, in the market, they are limited in their growth aspirations and remain in the dwellings they occupy, for longer than they wish or consider it logical to do so.

Things to consider when deal with Real Estate Industry:

It is also necessary to analyze that, in spite of the low prices of the mortgage interest, for the purchase of real estate, the requirements of the financial industry to grant a loan have been outlined in such a way that obtaining a real estate mortgage comes to represent the realization of a small miracle.

The insurance industry has not lagged behind the real estate industry, and with new demands and inspections, apart from making the process more expensive and longer, it makes it a small nightmare.

As for single-family homes nothing is different, now any used house, manufactured in the fifties of the last century, if it has been maintained in good condition, the owner will surely want to obtain for it three hundred and fifty thousand dollars, at least; and as for the new manufacturing, I reserve the comment.

The short-term future of real estate industry is also not very promising, as far as housing is concerned, since manufacturing is slow and tiresome, and in line with the demand for existing housing, I believe that we should encourage even more the developers, so they start building, immediately, buildings for low-income people. This could be achieved through existing financial programs, to that effect, established by HUD.

First this has to happen, before the builders feel the need to change the appearance of cities and begin to demolish buildings, now obsolete, to give a more functional cut that generates better dividends, safety and comfort to its future inhabitants.

When the real estate industry establishes its march, while it must carry in this thriving city, responding to the importance they already have in the world panorama, the work will abound, the money will circulate more and with it the economy of the area will grow, making the less expensive rents and facilitating the possibility of buying homes.

Talking about the real estate industry you might have heard about A Toronto based real estate developer from has broken ground, he is working on The One which will be the tallest residential and retail tower in Canada, slated to be 308 meters tall and 85 stories high.
